Sally is a dedicated and strategic leader in the environmental non-profit field with a proven track record of leveraging marketing and PR strategy to advance and scale organizations. She spearheaded the capital fundraising, construction and launch of Think Wild, a 501(c)3 non-profit wildlife conservation center in Bend, OR, which now provides wildlife rescue, education, conservation, and habitat restoration services to five counties in Central and Eastern Oregon. Sally is the recent recipient of the "2024 Accomplished Under 40" Award from Cascade Business News and the “Emerging Leader Under 40" award from the Bend Chamber’s 2023 Business Excellence Awards.In addition to leading Think Wild, Sally provides digital marketing and business consulting services to a variety of local organizations and businesses, including Axiology Beauty, Oregon Sea Grant, and Cassell Consulting, Inc. She also serves on the board for the National Wildlife Rehabilitation Association as the Marketing Chair. Prior to Think Wild, Sally led communications, marketing, and events for the Oregon Coast Aquarium and worked to support conservation outreach and education at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a BSc degree in Evolutionary and Ecological Biology.
