I liaised with Architects and Engineers during the design stage and helped to organise the site management set-up, continuing with the coordination of all project information for estimators/buyers, surveyors and senior site management, also required to work along side the Quantity Surveyor on tender packages and programming of subcontractors. I attended regular site progress meetings and client meetings to report progress, approvals and project variations. I liaised with Statutory Authorities to arrange Service Connections to new properties and existing service diversions, including Easement Agreements. Also the discharging of site planning conditions with the relevant local authorities. I was responsible for all information being prepared and approved in a timely manner to ensure that the project schedule was maintained.I absolutely loved and exceeded in my role here, and only left when I started my family in 1997 prior to emigration to NZ in 1999.
