Business Manager
Current• Provide sole support for the company founders (former executives of AVR Realty Co), including preparing contracts and correspondence, coordinating and managing online and onsite meetings, and screening calls.• Perform all functions necessary for running an office, including bookkeeping (AR/AP), invoice review and approval, HR/payroll, managing and maintaining all office systems (computer/printer network, remote desktop operations, phone system), and ordering supplies.• Liaison with company support providers, including accountants, attorneys, advertising agencies, and IT technicians, to facilitate company operations.• Oversee AIA vendor contracts from inception to completion, including contract execution, purchase order issuance, budget tracking, insurance oversite, invoice approvals, and vendor payments.• Write content and update graphics for company websites, smedevpartners.com and smeluxuryhomes.com.
