Business Manager
Current- Provide sole support for the company founders (former executives of AVR Realty Co), including preparing contracts and correspondence, coordinating and managing online and onsite meetings, and screening calls.
- Perform all functions necessary for running an office, including bookkeeping (AR/AP), invoice review and approval, HR/payroll, managing and maintaining all office systems (computer/printer network, remote desktop.
- Liaison with company support providers, including accountants, attorneys, advertising agencies, and IT technicians, to facilitate company operations.
- Oversee AIA vendor contracts from inception to completion, including contract execution, purchase order issuance, budget tracking, insurance oversite, invoice approvals, and vendor payments.
- Write content and update graphics for company websites, smedevpartners.com and smeluxuryhomes.com.
