Sally is co-founder and Managing Partner of IDentity Media which she formed with her German partner, Alex Isadi, to broker deals between high profile Film and TV producers and capital providers. In addition to raising finance and structuring deals for established producers she also advises media companies on their brand development, broadcast and digital strategies.Currently acting for the award winning German Film and TV producer, Rowboat Film and Television GmbH, in an Executive Producer capacity raising finance for a high-end international drama series.Notable deals include acting for leading children's TV producer and distributor, DIC Entertainment (acquired by DHX Media), in a deal which brought DIC Entertainment together with Sparrowhawk Media (acquired by Comcast/Universal), and Nelvana to establish KidsCo, a pan-international children's channel launched successfully in 2007.Acting for LazyTown Entertainment, an Icelandic based client for over a decade raising significant project finance for the company and ultimately orchestrating a sale to Turner Broadcasting/Time Warner in 2011. Bringing on board Richmond Park Partners LLP, a London based boutique investment bank, to assist with the M & A aspects of the transaction. Other clients/deals include acting for Michael Eisner's digital venture Vuguru Tornante and Andy Heyward's A2 Entertainment/Genius Brands, Bertelsmann and Modern Times Group.Sally currently sits as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Psonar a digital start-up with global ambitions in the music space.

Sally acted as SVP Business and Legal Affairs a role she combined with MD Distribution, Europe Middle East and Africa for the last four years of her tenure. In her MD capacity Sally had full P&L responsibility for a division of the company with a turnover in excess of $620 million, well over $1 billion in today's money. During her tenure 16 local offices were established for overseeing production and broadcasting in key markets. In addition the broadcasting division launched 10 Disney Channels outside the USA and secured equity interests in several movie services and terrestrial broadcasters including Super RTL and RTL2 in Germany and GMTV in the United Kingdom. Sally served on the Boards of these joint ventures.

Held Business and Legal Affairs (B&LA) positions at Film Four International/Channel Four Television and Granada Film Productions (now part of ITV Plc) responsible for all B&LA aspects of production and distribution for both broadcast and feature film output. At Channel Four established rights management systems for entire network to enable commercial exploitation.Represented network at numerous film festivals and oversees sales markets. At Granada worked with leading British creative talent.
