Sally Green was First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. She received the 2012 YWCA Outstanding Woman Award in the Business category.Sally received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Mount Holyoke College and earned a master of science in management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was a member of the Executive Advisory Council of the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. Sally is married and has two daughters and one son-in-law.
