The South Okanagan Similkameen (SOS) Medical Foundation is dedicated to the achievement of excellence in supporting the delivery of health services in the South Okanagan Similkameen region. The SOS Medical Foundation raises funds for 16 British Columbia Interior Health sites located throughout Penticton, Osoyoos, Oliver, Keremeos, Summerland, and Princeton. The Foundation provides funding for critical needs, equipment, patient comforts and research.

Established in 1981, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Toronto provides a "home away from home" for seriously ill children and their families to heal better together. We encompass a House for 81 families in downtown Toronto and Family Rooms in hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area and in Sudbury. RMHC Toronto is an independent charity, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and operated by staff and volunteers. The first and largest House in Canada, we are part of a network of more than 350 Houses worldwide.RMHC Toronto keeps families close when they need each other the most.

Kerry's Place Autism Services is North America's largest Autism Spectrum Disorder service provider with over 8,000 people supported through residential and community services. As the CEO, led an agency-wide re-organization to achieve operational efficiencies and grew the organization from $51M to $60M.

With a workforce of staff and volunteers totaling over 5,000, led the team to excel in revenue of $3M annually. Successfully championed health promotions and advocated public policy throughout the British Columbia Southern Interior Region.Implemented operational efficiencies through merging two separate and distinct regions into one organization. Earned the 2011 "Staff Award of Excellence for Exceptional Leadership".

Managed all aspects of operations including wholesale sales, retail sales, inventory, human resources, and marketing with seven direct reports. Increased aluminum and exterior building product sales and tightened turn-around times for product delivery.

Successfully identified, networked, and secured national accounts with multiple Canadian sites for the contractual delivery of HVAC services and planned maintenance.
