Providing quality, person centred specialised professional services to people with disabilities via integrated planning and direct individual support. I support clients with ADLs, including personal care, mealtime assistance, day options, and outings.I provided the customers with fun activities, a warm smile, and a positive attitude.I was able to implement the strategies in the client's Positive Behaviour Support Plan. In addition, I was able to provide feedback on the strategies and how they worked in the particular situation that I found myself in with the clients. Building a rapport with the clients has allowed me to get to know the clients and provide the right strategies for any behaivours that may occur when I'm working with them.
