I help guide and advise first-year FLI students in their transition to Colby College (a small, private, liberal arts PWI). I also coordinate events for all FLI students on campus centered around transitioning to college as well as academic and mental wellness and assist all events organized by the Pugh Center for Student Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (a physical “resource and catalyst for engagement and advocacy”).
