Co-Founded retained executive search firm serving as trusted advisor to premier hospitals and health plans. Successfully conducted Director to C-level, as well as physician executive searches for organizations of varying sizes, including, multi-billion dollar organizations. Maintained and built active client relationships through business development and search excellence to secure a preferred vendor agreement with the nation’s largest health plan of its kind.

Co-Founded clinically-focused retained physician search and consulting firm. Developed physician, physician extender and locum tenens divisions of firm. Secured and worked with clients in hospitals, clinics, IPA’s, universities in nearly every state. Recruited leading primary care and sub-specialty physicians to lead and work in the nation’s leading centers of excellence, as well as, primary care providers to rural health clinics and critical-access hospitals. Recruited physician scientists to leading academic centers. Developed firm’s full-service locum tenens division; to include staffing, scheduling, malpractice coverage, handling of sensitive client/candidate materials, travel, credentialing and payroll services. Maintained and built active client relationships through business development and search excellence to secure a preferred vendor agreement with the leading universities and health systems.

Independently developed three key new units (Irvine, Newport Beach & Costa Mesa) during reorganization to include Board of Directors, comprised of Key Community Influencers and Industry Leaders; Established the inaugural key committee leadership and members, each directing the execution of multiple events for assigned geographic market area; Fiscally accountable for the achievement of income performance targets through planned giving, elite donors and community-based fundraising events, including Relay for Life (first in Orange County), Daffodil Days, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC), Cattle Barons Ball, and other income development events; Provided leadership, planning and guidance to drive increased event participation for engagement in the community education and patient services to include Great American Smoke Out, 5-A-Day Nutrition campaigns, Road to Recovery, Breast Cancer Awareness, Look Good Feel Better Programs, Prostate Cancer Support Services, Youth Engagement (first American Cancer Society High School Club), survivor/caregiver engagement and other patient services and community education events; Exhibited excellent stewardship of financial resources through Gifts in Kind donations, including initiating and fulfilling collaboration with the Hoag Cancer Center’s Medical Director and administration leadership for a fully donated and volunteer managed ACS office space within the Cancer Center granting access to patients, volunteers, and donor populations; Operational oversight for financial expenditures and progress against budgetary plan and executed measures to meet top line and bottom line goals ensuring a high ROI in meeting revenue targets; Accountable for annual budgeting and revenue forecasting.
