There were many parts to this role including the coordination of Academy events, managed enrollments, sensitive client matters and financial accounts. My strong working relationships with staff, clients and partner organisations ensured that programs were always executed effectively and that there was fast conflict resolution; allowing the broader team to focus on the core teaching and learning function of the academy.
