A 3rd cultured child, raising 3 incredible kids in the ever so dynamic city of Dubai, I graduated with high distinction in finance before embarking on a career in digital marketing that started over 15 yrs ago. The ever evolving digital & tech space has kept me interested & invested in my passion for learning & adapting to changes. I started my career with a tech platform when digital was still in its nascent stages and feel proud to have actively contributed along with the incredible talent & partners in the GCC region to see it grow & thrive. In my last role as a Managing Director of digital services at DMS, I onboarded over 20 new publishers (local, regional & global) & created effective strategies that enable brands & partners to deliver growth & relevance to a mobile 1st generation in the region. The dynamic nature of digital meant that we had to constantly innovate & commercialize digital products and solutions. My role was to ensure solutions developed where viable to the market, that we were innovating to solve challenges. I worked closely with the product development team to share insights that inspired the creation, testing & scaling of those solutions.I had the privilege to work with leading brands, from fortune 500 companies to leading local/regional brands. My experience across a variety of sectors- such as CPG, Government, Luxury, automotive & tech- has enabled me to create synergies and efficiencies where relevant. Delivering results for partners is a very gratifying experience. But what excites me the most is everything that goes into delivering that growth- that incredible engine that sits at the core, the human capital. I am a firm believer in an inclusive, collaborative & open-sourced approach to solving challenges. As a leader I have always focused on clarity in communication, clarity in expectations & in assembling a task force that is fit for the purpose. I have always devoted time and energy to contribute to the digital economy. Whether through speaking engagements, or industry boards, my goal is to exchange knowledge, listen & learn so that our collective ecosystem not only grows but thrives.
