The Administrative Applications Division maintains, develops, implements and provides on-going support for all administrative applications for King Abdullah University Hospital. Administrative Applications are a mix of internally-developed applications and vendor-supported products. Vendor applications supported by the division includes the Health Information System iSOFT, PACS System and Oracle ERP. The division also supports Human Resources and Finance and Accounting Services.

System administrator for Patient Billing Management Module, Inpatient Management Module, Outpatient Management Module, Appointments Management Module, Master Patient Index Module, Medical records module, Operation Theater Module, Insurance Management Module and all financial Modules.2. Identifies issues related to health information systems and software applications for the purpose of resolving user problems.6. Inputs master data into health information systems for the purpose of ensuring accuracy of data.7. Instructs staff on the use of health information systems (e.g. new applications, upgrades, updates, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring proper and efficient use of system.8. Participates in meetings and workshops for the purpose of communicating health information system capabilities and/or accommodating district goals.9. Responds to inquiries relating to computer hardware and/or software applications for the purpose of resolving problems and supporting users.10.
