I am a graduate of the CTI Co-Active Coaching and Leadership programmes and offer coaching, which complements the therapies I practise and the training programmes I offer and it also stands alone as a dynamic force for change.I offer training courses from beginners to advanced in massage and bodywork. I facilitate/lead small and large groups and have taught groups privately and for a number of organisations in the UK and abroad.I have over 40 years of experience working in the field of health. My qualifications include general and psychiatric nursing, JFB MFR, holistic massage, teaching, counselling, co-active coaching, reiki (master level), reflexology, Indian head and 'on-site' massage. I began teaching massage in 1993 and joined the Massage Training Institute as a registered tutor (massage, anatomy, physiology & pathology) in 1995. I am also a Massage in Schools instructor with special needs experience.I have gained extensive experience in teaching, running a private practice, and working for different organisations. My background of experiences and training helps me to provide individualised, holistic treatments and a range of courses that can be adapted for different levels of interest and ability.
