As the Chief Executive of the Bedford Group I devise business plans and policies to ensure Bedford achieves its on-going mission to change lives. Through planning, directing and coordinating I believe in continually raising the bar when it comes to Bedford's performance so we meet and exceed our customers' needs.

Responsible for leading and managing the strategic and operational requirements and making a significant contribution to the organisation as a member of the Executive Team. Generated new strategies to streamline processes and improve work place efficiency. Also placed a large focus on strengthening workplace culture to create "one Bedford" across our 13 sites in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

Responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources and organisational development function, including employee relations and industrial relations as well as driving the organisation’s Strategic Plan and its successful implementation through the Executive Team and various Project Teams across the organisation. Tasks included coordinating the Bedford Group's workforce, recruting new personnel and interpersonal relations. Established policies and introduced new initiatives to engage employees and increase work output. Was called on to settle disputes or problems among staff.
