Reporting to the Group HR and Change Director, responsible for delivery of a pensions review reducing the employer contribution rate through benefit changes to the Defined Benefit Scheme. Involved modelling the Company proposals with the Company Actuaries and presenting to the Board, Trustees and employee briefings. In addition and as part of the changes I introduced a company wide profit share bonus and new personal performance bonus.
