As Commercial Director in a relatively new business, I was responsible for developing & commercialising the first industry 'content switch’ (5 P’s)- Identifying the product suite for both supply and demand - Developing the commercial & value proposition- Working with a team to implement the first hosted platform for dynamic rich media delivery to enterprise channels- Developing the de-facto industry standards for images- Responsible for signing first mover deals with Global Accounts such as Amadeus, Pegasus, Travelport, Orbitz, Opodo.- Part of due diligence management team for acquisition by VFM

Over the 6 years I held a number of roles:- VP Global Marketing (Pegasus based in the UK) - Responsible for the Marketing and segmentation of the Utell brand of 6,500 hotels in to relevant and customer orientated sub-brands- VP Global Training (REZsolutions based in the US) - Development of the CRS functionality to support the global brand requirements of independent and short chains. Responsible for the marketing and online activity in the US, ASPAC and Europe.My roles changed from Utell to REZsolutions to Pegasus through a journey of mergers and acquisitions, leading to extensive international experience across a number of commercial roles and demonstrating the ability to adapt and be flexible to change.

Two key roles during this periodSales Manager Paycom Plus (Utell based in the UK) - sales for commission payment- Developed and marketed the partnership product between Utell and HCC&Manager Media Advertising International- Responsible for all print advertising in the EMEA region for OHG , HTI and Reed Publications for the Utell portfolio- Developed the first internet marketing proposition for Utell hotels - GDS advertising and HotelBook website
