The Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship is sponsored by the Morgridge Family Foundation and matches nonprofit executives with emerging social impact leaders looking to create a positive impact while developing professional skill sets and networks. Every fellow is responsible for working with the non-profit on a specific social impact challenge. Fellowship Impact Challenge: Analyze program data and conduct user research to create a holistic impact framework that efficiently communicates the long-term impact the COMMIT Foundation has on veterans, their families, and the greater community.

• Researched, consolidated, and contributed research articles on impact measurement, water technologies, country data, and WASH best practice to charity: water's online library database• Aided in the development of a robust scorecard to assess and weight the strengths and opportunities of the organization’s partnerships in order to guide appropriate funding decisions.• Developed and documented operational policies and procedures, both departmentally and cross-departmentally.• Monitored and exposed the lifecycle of over $100,000,000 in grants across 19 partner organizations in 22 country programs, including individual, departmental, and cross-departmental workflows. • Aided in the alignment between the organization's Water Programs and Treasury forecast and cash flow projection functions.• Audited the accuracy and consistency of key data across multiple organizational databases, including grants management and donor reporting metrics.

• Investigated and developed pipeline research on potential major donors, including individuals, family foundations, and corporations, for India’s September campaign goal of $2 million and supplying water access to areas of rural India• Reached out to existing donors establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships• Attended weekly growth meetings to correspond with peers regarding progress and goals for that week
