Ever since I was a little kid, l have loved learning about foreign politics. When other kids were watching Dora, I was reading the international news section in my parent’s morning paper.I am an energetic Political Science student currently in my third year at the University of Toronto and I am passionate about international development. My long-term professional goal is to work for the United Nations, creating policy to drive global equity.Last summer I worked as a research analyst at the University of Toronto, where I compiled large amounts of research using data analysis to highlight key insights from the data regarding immigration policy. A highlight of this experience was being able to attend a research event on campus where I presented to attendees the insights from the research.I am somebody who likes to set goals and solve complex problems while working alongside a team. I love working in demanding environments while balancing on multiple projects at once, as I find I am at my best when under pressure.In my free time, I love to bake vegan desserts for my friends and family.
