Prior to joining Wallace, Jordan, I directed the legal affairs of Southern Progress Corporation, a major book and magazine publisher. In this role, I helped launch several new business ventures, advised editorial and marketing staff on copyright and trademark issues, and worked extensively on licensing and new media transactions. As legal gatekeeper for the company, I supported its day-to-day operations as well as major acquisitions and divestitures.
