Part of the team responsible for rolling out Visa's digital payment solution, Visa Checkout, across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific Region. This role involved engagement with merchants, issuers, acquirers and payment gateways to sell-in the Visa Checkout solution, demonstrate the value proposition for each party and to drive merchant acceptance. I also ran campaigns to drive market awareness and increase consumer uptake and usage of the service.

Part of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management division of HSBC, I was responsible for managing the Debit Card portfolios for consumer and small-to-medium business. This involved defining the customer value proposition, managing the Customer Management Program and comms, as well as driving product enhancements, such as Visa PayWave, to improve the customer experience across all debit cards. During my time there I ran a number of digital marketing campaigns to drive local industry initiatives, programs and events, working with creative and media agencies to execute.

While at Roses Only, I was responsible for member acquisition, customer communications, brand management, partnership management and marketing campaigns for key events such as Valentine's Day
