Every day, I resolve issues for the employees and clients of one of the premier eating disorder treatment facilities in Utah.As an HR specialist at Center for Change, I recruit, interview, and hire direct care staff members who are the lifeblood of behavioral health treatment. Some of my work is behind the scenes, ensuring our staff meet the rigorous training standards required to be accredited by The Joint Commission. But my favorite work is done one-on-one - preparing new employees for their first day of work, interviewing exceptional candidates, and resolving the questions and concerns of our employees.I strive to make the bureaucratic side of working at a hospital as simple as possible so our staff can focus less on their job requirements and more on their work of changing lives.
