Report to Senior Logistics Manager for Asia Pacific RegionTransferred to the central department of Bosch and served as the project manager in the purchase to make supply chain field of Bosch China.• The Asia-Pacific project manager of Bosch's global top project "Inbound", establishes a consignment framework contract and VMI planning system with Bosch factories and suppliers• Cooperate with Chinese domestic suppliers and Bosch factories to promote Bosch global standard contracts for consignment and vendor managed inventory.• Set up the first consignment warehouse for overseas suppliers in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone to provide a feasible entry process for the consignment and distribution of Bosch overseas suppliers' parts to the Bosch factory in China.Achievements • "Inbound" project contributed 23.7 million Euros in capital savings with reduced inventory by end of year 2018.• Established of consignment warehouse in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone to provide a logistics foundation for the expansion of Bosch's Chinese factories and overseas suppliers' consignment business.
