•Classroom management: analyzing case studies related to classroom settings. •Education and the Lebanese law: research paper about the Lebanese punitive laws, and the academic freedom and freedom of expression laws and rights in America. •Arts education: creating lesson plans (activities) for 2 themes in which art is integrated. •Human Growth and Development: observed several students in order to describe and analyze the differences of all types of development (cognitive, physical, social, emotional development). •Psychology of education: applied several theories such as testing the conservation tasks.•Methods of teaching: early childhood: accomplished a research on different teaching methods. •Curriculum development and evaluation (early childhood): creating a curriculum for a full theme (9lessons) (for grade2). •Application of computer in teaching: Creating videos, creating online presentations, and integrating technology (active and smart board) into teaching. •Instructional technology: inquiry based lesson plan by integrating technology, creating rubrics for technology integration, and using several technological tools.•Early childhood general health and safety: Creating a healthy menu for a one month period, creating a poster, and a research paper about the effects of obesity on academic performance. •Test and measurement: creating a test based on specific rules and standards, analyzing a part of the Lebanese curriculum learning outcomes and objectives, and creating rubrics.
