I worked with Category Managers to create a system to categorize all suppliers doing business with Enbridge based on criticality and spend along with risk factors. I also worked on another project related to Sustainability for the new Supplier Code of Conduct being implemented within the company.

I worked on their transportation system optimization using the SAP program. I also worked with the material stock management team to learn about classification of stock items and the optimization process. I also learned about the customs process of importing and exporting supplies to and from the country.

I interned with the WesternGeco segment of Schlumberger in a team for the contracts and supply department. I also contributed to several tenders and contracts to buy new computer equipment, along with learning how to accept or decline deals with clients through the tendering process.Contributing to revised organizational structure and work environment, as well as HSE policy was a big part of my training in the company. I worked extensively with excel to make spreadsheets and inventory lists for the supplies and equipment. Lastly I Briefly learned about seismic data analysis, and worked with a field engineer to understand the technical side of the business, and how it relates to supply chain in general.

I was responsible for printing all math material for individual students. Also, I wrote out and composed report cards for student progress. Answering phone calls for questions about the center and appointments with the manager was a big part of my job. Along with assisting the manager I tutored elementary-middle school students in math including special needs students for a bit of the time period.
