• Supervise & lead the Mix Plant team, ensuring smooth production operations.• Ensure compliance with aging, temperature, volume, and quality parameters.• Uphold Food Safety and Quality standards, maintaining GMP and GHP.• Conduct pest control measures to ensure a hygienic production environment.• Keep records of opening & closing inventory, batch preparations, and CIPs.• Manage raw material issuance and mix preparation according to the production plan.• Oversee the receiving and rejection of raw materials.• Train new employees in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

My duties include:-• Ensuring proper staging of concentrate and monitoring data such as Lot # and Expiry Date to maintain the highest quality standards.• Mixing concentrate according to the provided beverage document by PCI to ensure consistency and quality.• Conducting analytical testing on simple syrup and finished syrup to ensure that they meet established quality standards.• Verifying that volume and temperature meet established standards before dispatching batches to production lines.• Ensuring GMP compliance in the area to maintain a clean and safe production environment.• Monitoring and recording CIP, syrup batch preparation and dispatching, volume and temperature monitoring, aging of Pepsi, post-mix filling, and conducting CIP to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of strainer, pumps, and gaskets, and ensuring that hygiene checklist is followed to maintain a high level of quality.• Issuing concentrate and preparing finished syrup according to the production plan to ensure timely supply to the production lines and meet production targets.• Performing SAP activities for concentrate and post-mix issuance and ensuring timely delivery to production staff.• Following shift handover and takeover protocols and informing the next shift personnel about previous shift activities and any issues to maintain a smooth handover process.• Reviewing the checklist of the critical items for AIBI and ensuring 100% compliance. Informing the Quality Control Executive of any problems to maintain the highest quality standards.My role as a Quality Control Chemist is critical to ensuring the production process runs smoothly, meets established standards, and produces high-quality products.
