Responsibilities:• Handling Learning & Development department - Plan, evaluate and administer all trainings and ensure timely training for all site personnel on Safety & Technical training• Tracking evaluation of employees under probation.• Prepare final report for Management for employee appraisal and promotion based on annual Staff Performance evaluation.• Liaison between HR and site & camp teams• Allocation of work related cost incurred to various sites• Reviewing and processing of department Invoices for approvals, Verification of time sheets & clearance of missing time sheets• Circulating Internal & Site Memo
