Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients, new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients, meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

The purpose of this role is to work with the Business Development Director, RegionalDirectors and Managers and other members of the operational and business developmentteam in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects thecurrent and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans. This will be achievedthrough working with the market research team and interpreting their data and followingthrough with client engagement, key account management, engagement with keystakeholders and potential partner organizations with subsequent action plans to convertopportunities into tenders for the proposals team.

Implement paid search media plans and estimate analysis for clients throughout Caterpillarand complete paid search keyword research, develop content for paid search campaigns, lead paid search ad campaign creation and management, consult with clients and develop campaigns for social media advertising, display advertising, and remarketing. Perform digital marketing consultation and strategy functions with internal clients, provide search education to business units and industry groups. Collect and analyze data, identify trends and proactively communicate, collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize the value of evergreen direct response Display media programs.
