Looking for overall construction and project management for 4 rehab residential buildings (each 8 storeys) and one commercial building (14 storeys).

Major responsibilty was to look for overall construction and project management, right from excavation to fit-outs for 2 residential cum commercial buildings (each 33 storey).✔ Responsibility to analyze the field location and the surrounding area. This also includes investigation and verifying its feasibility for construction purposes. Meeting with clients and other stakeholder of the engineering team and conduct research to finalize the project requirements.✔ Study the Chinese rapid construction methodology called SSGF (Systematic Structural Gongfa) and evaluate the feasibility of the same in available Indian construction method.✔ Establish and monitor project activities. schedules with respect to Time, Cost and Quality✔ Finalizing the work specification, defining and finalizing the work scope for the project.✔ Review construction process and technique with the contractor before starting the work and make sure they are rigorously followed on field.✔ Perform various field studies and surveys to perform topographic, hydrological and soilinvestigation and document reports for the same.✔ Making sure that the project complies with all the legal requirements including QSE.Evaluate sustainability and environmental impact of project by performing various traffic analysis and feasibility studies.✔ Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within stipulated cost, time and quality by continuously monitoring all these parameters.✔ Analysis and frequently assess the quality of field's air, water and soil to implement sanitation procedures on contaminated field areas and plan and implement solid waste management plan on construction site.

✔ Overall management and responsibility for QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) related matters.✔ Leads project QSE team.✔ Management of project Security team.✔ Client and liaison on all QSE related matters.✔ Approves internal QSE audit schedule.✔ Approves QSE related procedures.✔ Reviews inspection & test plans and quality plans.✔ Attends Client and other Stakeholder meetings.✔ Reviews quotations and signs-off all QSE purchase orders.✔ Responsible for all QSE staffing matters.✔ Responsible for reporting of QSE matters to BCI (Bouygues Construction India) top management & BBI (Bouygues Betiment International) headquarters.✔ Prepares and leads project QSE steering committee.✔ Drives continual improvement initiatives including QSE incentive schemes.✔ Attends weekly QSE site inspections.✔ Coordinates for major QSE incidents.✔ Follows-up on major and repetitive NCR(Non Conformance report)/CAR (Corrective Action Report) /PAR (Preventive Action Report).✔ Review subcontractor's pre-qualificatoin questionnaires.

✔ Day to day management of the QC inspection team.✔ Ensures in process monitoring of the quality of works during construction.✔ Reviews QC inspection and Testing & Commissioning Records.✔ Reviews and approves non-conformance reports raised by QC inspection team.✔ Reviews repair works method statements and ITP.✔ Approves close out of works non-conformance reports.✔ Performs checks, surveillance and audits of major material / prefabricated component suppliers.✔ Attend QC related meetings with contractor and other parties as required.✔ Reviews testing and commission ITP and Method Statements as required.

✔ Ensure The Highest level of Quality by maintaining supervised controls, written memos, continuous training program & participating contractors audit governing quality control procedures & practices.✔ Liaise with external agencies, clients & consultants for determining specifications, approval of drawings etc.✔ Conducting pre-installation conferences, regular coordination meetings & QA/QC meeting with the construction team & trade contractors to ensure quality requirements are Understood & implemented without any failure.✔ Pre-qualification of Vendors & Suppliers.✔ Continuous improvement in QMS through KPIs & audit findings.✔ Assist construction team in order to resolve the Quality & sometime Technical problems on site & maintain Procedures to ensure that quality requirements are communicated to all levels of the field Organization, including the sub-contractors.✔ Coordinate with the construction team regarding the QC inspection in line with the Inspection requests submitted by them. ✔ Review all as built drawings as with reference to Specifications & submit As built reports and documentations prior to Handing over.✔ Maintaining the latest Drawings & documents and accordingly update the site team & monitoring day-to-day activities pertaining to Quality in consultation with site team.✔ Complete knowledge of Specifications, Drawings, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and testing plan,forms, checklists, method statements, QMS (ISO standards), standard operating practices, Quality control procedures and relevant documents for its effective implementation.(Pre & post Inspections, witnessing, monitoring, surveillance, controlling& preventive action, corrective action, reporting etc.) ✔ Ensure off/on site test & inspection managed properly & coordinated with client whenever required.✔ Review & maintaining a record of all Construction related materials, certifications & test reports.

✔ Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.✔ Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmes.✔ Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.✔ Observance of Quality & safety requirements.✔ Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.✔ Quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors. ✔ Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.✔ Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers. ✔ Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate) Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.✔ Preparing record drawings, technical reports, daily/weekly/monthly progress report.✔ Job review of subordinate staff.
