I joined the this start-up with the task to manage the in-house delivery fleet as well as to manage other facility related operations.Some key highlights from my stint here include:- Overhauling the existing delivery fleet whilst ensuring no disruption in service- Cutting cost by over 50% in the logistics by changing the model of engagement and service with Delivery Partners- Got optimal verification and payout structure established so that it becomes a win-win for both the management and the fleet- I have also recently taken over some bits of the facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of the production. This is new for me but I have taken over roster management, cost optimization and hygiene control measures

This was my first job after college. Working here gave me exposure to the high flux and demanding requirement as in any start-up. Since delivery was still relatively new, I was able to work directly with city level leadership team to establish good supply and fulfilment operations.Some key highlights of my work include:- Getting localised supply of Delivery Partners and taking care of the entire onboarding process- Coordination with the fleet to ensure availability in the competitive space- Establish exclusive contracts with delivery partners to ensure on-time fulfilment- Liaise with unions and authorities at the time of strikes as well as low-demand time so that Mumbai as a whole always had smooth running of operations on ground
