Momentpin is a social network focused on privacy. Our parent-child account allows parents to keep an eye on their child's social activityMy responsibilities were to build and lead the product design and UX research function at momentpin. I supervised external agencies and internal teams in product and UX design. I was also responsible for content creation and social media marketing for the company, I led internal and external teams to create content for the company.The challenges we faced as a distributed team spread over 3 continents help me refine my skills in cross-cultural HR management, and team leadership across time zones.

• Responsible for creating a digital heartbeat in the JWT Pakistan office based on best practices form the WPP digital practice.• Created a team of digital specialists, and pitched for clients within the client base of JWT and also green field clients. • Clients handed included FMCG, Telco and Banking clients.

Founding Faculty of Hamdard Institute of Management Sciences. Taught Entrepreneurship, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Management, Seminar in Marketing.
