As a front desk receptionist at APSOPAD International, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office, providing administrative support, customer service, and communication to the staff and clients. I have 3 years of experience in this role, and I have demonstrated analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for social work.I am also pursuing a certificate in English for career development at the University of Pennsylvania, an online course that will help me improve my English language skills and prepare for future opportunities.
