In my role, I led a team of application specialists across management, development, support, security, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and seamless collaboration. I supervised and evaluated the performance of both internal and external suppliers, managing service delivery through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. My responsibilities included overseeing financial management and holding budget responsibility for the function. I ensured service delivery using best practice principles, processes, and technology while effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, I successfully implemented an Intelligent Disaster Recovery (IDR) process to enhance our resilience and operational continuity.

Managed Support Services acquired Environmental Control Services in 2010. My role included the support and management of the IT Infrastructure in the 6 offices locations of MSS Plc locations in UK.Key Responsibilities• Integration of Environmental Control Services into Managed Support Services LTD Core business systems.• Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and managing a team of Engineers.• Monthly SLA & KPI meetings with Third Party contractors and service providers.• Strategic System Planning and Management in line with Business needs. • Research new appropriate Technologies - Present business cases to Executives and manage the implementation of these systems.• Leading implementation of changes to processes to improve the Companies systems and Business Continuity Plan.• PC updating/configuration and network installation.• Project Managing delivery of the IT requirements of new contracts mobilisations.

Providing desktop IT Support to approximately 250 office users based in different offices and 165 remote users in accessing the Core business applications. Ensuring that all desktop/laptops are patched with latest application/security updates and guarantee office network is fully protected. Managing all IT assets i.e. PDA’s, Smart phones, Laptops etc.Ensuring Liaising with a range of IT Suppliers in purchasing IT equipment. Providing regular IT training to users to ensure smooth operations within the organisation.
