Project comprised of 155 turbines and infrastructure spread over 46 square miles. Design included 84 miles of road improvements, 800 culverts and bridges and fast track permitting.• Rochester City School District Modernization program. Delivered more than $10 Million of infrastructure improvements for multiple K-12 schools. Improved and redesigned site and utility infrastructure including the parking lots, bus loops, storm drainage, utilities and athletic fields.• Prepared HEC-RAS floodplain studies for FEMA and NYSDOT. Evaluated floodplain impacts with new and existing structures. Helped clients develop new infrastructure with least amount of impact on streams and channels.• Provided Project Management and design guidance for the upgrades to New York Power Authority’s Lewiston Power Generating Plant that included replacement of 12 existing turbines over a ten year period. The Security fence, guard station, parking lots, earthwork close to the large reservoir and modifications to the plant building were part of the project. Project cost is estimated at approximately $1 Billion.• Prepared the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for SUNY Cortland’s Student Life Center. Provided stormwater solutions with filtration systems designed for proposed development over a sensitive sole source aquifer.

Project required upgrading existing inadequate utility infrastructure for Town. • Designed and supervised construction of a fast paced shopping center with 1.2 Million Square feet of retail and office space. • Prepared a Master plan for the waste water capacity and service for the 5,000 acre basin. Provided design and construction oversight for 6.5 MGD pump-station and force main.• Design and supervised construction of 48” gravity sanitary sewer interceptor. Project Cost: $150 Million
