Current• Responsible for safeguarding the cybersecurity posture of critical OT infrastructure. • Ensuring NIS Directive compliance and driving security improvements across SCADA, GIS, NMS and OT systems. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to enforce robust cyber defense strategies and implement risk management protocols.• Spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity framework for Operations Systems, ensuring compliance with the NIS Directive and alignment with best practices.• Conduct cyber threat intelligence analysis and vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks within SCADA, NMS, GIS and OT systems. Develop and plan mitigation strategies for addressing vulnerabilities.• Lead real-time threat monitoring of critical systems, utilizing cybersecurity tools for continuous network monitoring, intrusion detection, and log analysis. Provide rapid response to cyber incidents, ensuring effective containment and remediation.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, ensuring NIS Directive compliance through comprehensive audits, compliance reporting, and cross-team collaboration.• Partner with Corporate Cybersecurity, Telecoms, and IT Security teams to ensure cybersecurity controls and technical security solutions are aligned across all OT environments. Support security by design principles in system development and deployment.• Assist with the management and review of firewall rules, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies.• Serve as a subject matter expert in OT cybersecurity, guiding and upskilling operations staff on cybersecurity policies, threat landscapes, and vulnerability management.• Support system upgrades, including patch management, firmware updates, and security hardening of critical systems. Ensure cybersecurity measures remain effective against evolving threats through penetration testing and security assessments.• Collaborate on maintaining and improving DR and BCP.
