1. Completed the project for ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certifications for Sahiwal plant within the span of one year as Management representative. 2. Leading HSE activities in Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited as HSE Supervisor at their manufacturing site in Sahiwal Pakistan. 3. Developed HSE systems to prepare the organization for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications within one year. 4. Formulating HSE goals, objectives and targets for all the levels of the company and develop both short and long-term action plan to achieve them (HSE GAP Analysis). 5. Developing HSE systems for leading indicators inculcating risk assessments for whole plant, work place inspections, HSE surveillance and internal audits. 6. Tracking status update on all the open items through a continuous follow up system. 7. Developing HSE team for HSE monitoring plan, Emergency response plan, Solid waste management procedures, Firefighting procedures for plant, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments & Incident/Accident investigations.

1. Worked in Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited for 7 months as a process engineer at their manufacturing site in Sahiwal Pakistan. 2. Improved the processes to reduce the process waste. 3. Leaded the team to upgrade the machine efficiency and uptime of the machinery. 4. Started operator trainings and developed OPL’s to improve the product quality.5.
