I started working the factory floor making basketball backboards. I then moved on to the customer service department. There I grew my knowledge of the company and of how to treat customers. After a year in that position I transferred to the sales department. This is my current position. I have used my customer service experience to allow me to connect with customers. Also I have gained knowledge concerning shipping logistics, how to calculate and manage profit margins, and how to work on a lager team. Another position to note is my time spent as a graphic designer. Lifetime Products bought out another company that prints images for beds. I was the lead graphic designer for these images for about 6 months. I worked this position and my sales position simultaneously. However it did not effect my sales.

This was my first job. It gave me great experience in customer delight and how to manage a schedule. It let me grow and become more efficient with my work ethic.
