I am working with the African women refugees to generate income to fulfill their children basic needs.During my work I participate in designing the module of the training according to the target group criteria, coach group of the clients to start the business and sustain it. I plan a full follow up task force and I lead on in technically and operationally. I handle many logistics needed by the project such as developing agreements with vendors to build a strong network of vendors to provide items, working with procurement and finance to submit documents needed to get seed funding ready for the beneficiaries.
