I have an experience of 7 number of years in different developmental interventions with a variety of organizations both local and international. I diverse set of experiences brings a wide range of strong skills. In the same time, I have a personal goal to develop my skills and to widen my horizon.First, team building is one of my strong competencies. I was able to build the capacities of around 60 Egyptian youth to join the EYouth program where they work as facilitators for younger Egyptians to start their social enterprises and initiatives. I especially talented in training skills because of my ability to tailor material, attract my audience and deliver material in logical and simple techniques. Additionally, I was also one of the main trainers for different underserved communities in different projects related to livelihood interventions. I worked in Save the Children International NGO from February 2016 until Sep, 2018 as Mentorship Coordinator while maintaining my role in E-Youth Company as an Incubational Director. In Save the Children my role included training and coaching the African refugee mothers and youth, led on the implementation of the micro-businesses and evaluates my work using different Monitoring tools developed by the Save the Children MEAL team. In parallel and while maintaining professional balance, I continue to build capacities of staff and volunteers to assist them to sustain their ideas through proposal writing trainings and developing networking and partnership initiatives. I worked as Livelihood officer at SCI, I Oversee the livelihood planning and implementation, Manage the technical aspects of the livelihood interventions including the two tracks of self-employment and wage-employment, Oversee the employment coordination and promoting marketing and selling channels of the beneficiaries and monitor the quality of filed activities and ensure innovative techniques are used.
