Primary daily on-site contact for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractorsCommunicate subcontractor conflicts to A/E design team and make recommendations to solve their problems in most efficient and cost effective manner.Coordinate all project closeout activities, primarily testing and commissioning and owner training.Ensuring completion of all tasks related to commissioning of building management system.Managing the demands of meeting a tight schedule by positioning trades in the right spot at the right time

 Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Designs basic circuitry and prepares rough sketches for design documentation as directed by engineers, using drafting instruments and computer-assisted design/drafting software applications.  Builds and modifies electronic components, using a variety of Electro-mechanical, electronic, vacuum, and mechanical systems associated with semiconductor research laboratories; operates various test equipment to verify product conformance to processing specifications.  Evaluates, calibrates, and tests new equipment, circuits, and fixtures, using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic and test probes, and calibrators.  Performs preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment to the component level; troubleshoots computer interfaces to equipment.
