•Manages a team that supports our Global Enterprise accounts. •Provides coaching and mentoring to a team of Solution Engineers and Architects. •Manages a team that is responsible for the design and implementation of network, security, applications (ERP/SAP, etc), hosting, edge, SASE/SDWAN, managed services, and so much more. •Building trusting relationships with our customers and vendors. •Participates in strategic and tactical account planning.•Ensures team is current on new products, processes and has the proper tools to complete their requests.

•Supports Global/Strategic market accounts. •Pre-sales design and implementation expertise in CPE and Enterprise and WAN service integration.•Technical lead on the account team, responsible for technical and business requirements discovery, telecommunications and CPE solution design, engineering, consulting, proposal preparation support and technical presentations to customers for CenturyLink’s full suite of products and solutions.•Creatively designs solutions for customers using the best mix of CenturyLink and vendor-partner products•Builds relationships with customers by serving as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales, with the goal of being the customer's trusted advisor.•Participates in strategic and tactical account planning

•Supervises 17 Customer Service Specialists that are highly technical.•Co-manages the Metro Ethernet Infrastructure team.•Team supports all Metro Ethernet customers provisioning.•Team supports all Metro Ethernet device provisioning, repair and support. This includes all Core and Edge devices in 14 States. •Team is also responsible for Metro Ethernet Tier 2 customer repair.•Manages expedite requests. •Responds to formal Root Cause Analysis and Executive requests. •Supports new product deployments and implementation into the network. •Team is responsible for Fiber-To-The-Tower (FTTT) and Fiber-To-The-Node (FTTN) deployments.

•Supports customer repair on Ethernet, ATM, Frame Relay and Broadband DSL services. •Helps support a multi-million dollar a year operation that includes over 68+ Technicians, 3 Supervisors and a Manager.•Performance management and quality reviews on our technicians. (Tech Scorecards)•Helps resolve complex data repair issues. •Responds to customer, off-net carrier, and executive level escalations. Including formal Root Cause Analysis requests. •Develops and facilitates new and existing training. •Collaborates with other management and leads to improve overall customer satisfaction and processes. •Supports multi-vendor ATM platform (Cisco, Alcatel, and Lucent)•Supports multiple DSLAM platforms (Adtran, Lucent, Cisco, Alcatel, Catena)•Attends meetings with customers and their supporting account teams. •Supports and works with many internal systems. Some include Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), many core systems, trouble ticketing, alarming, automation, and many others like WFA, NMA, Caliber, NTM/Remedy, TIRKS)•Responsible for new or existing business IT requirements. Including the successful testing and implementation of the projects.
