This includes all Core and Edge devices in 14 States. •Team is also responsible for Metro Ethernet Tier 2 customer repair.•Manages expedite requests. •Responds to formal Root Cause Analysis and Executive requests. •Supports new product deployments and implementation into the network. •Team is responsible for Fiber-To-The-Tower (FTTT) and Fiber-To-The-Node (FTTN) deployments.

(Tech Scorecards)•Helps resolve complex data repair issues. •Responds to customer, off-net carrier, and executive level escalations. Including formal Root Cause Analysis requests. •Develops and facilitates new and existing training. •Collaborates with other management and leads to improve overall customer satisfaction and processes. •Supports multi-vendor ATM platform (Cisco, Alcatel, and Lucent)•Supports multiple DSLAM platforms (Adtran, Lucent, Cisco, Alcatel, Catena)•Attends meetings with customers and their supporting account teams. •Supports and works with many internal systems.
