The primary role at the includes overall management of the farm operations, staff training and development, development project planning and proposals, stocks inventory and purchasing management.

Consulting in ensuring specific needs for gender and vulnerable groups are adequately considered in developing a national policy for deploying and upscaling up  electric mobility and supporting sustainable infrastructure in PNG land transport.- Assist with analysis of primary data on perception of women and vulnerable groups on Electric Vehicles and mobility and ensure its inclusion into the decision-making framework as part of the policy document. - Advice and support the team on the various action plans being developed under the Roadmap with respect to inclusion of gender and vulnerable groups into the framework of recommended action plans. - Assist with the development of the training and awareness materials that include issues especially pertaining to gender and vulnerable.

Motivated and self-driven professional with a background in Sustainable Agriculture, Gender and Community Development. I have competent knowledge and experience in program deliverables, associated risks, issues, gabs and opportunities and project management.  Passionate about development activities focusing on improving livelihoods of our communities through gender inclusive.  I work closely with the rural communities of women and youths,  creating awareness and educating them to help take ownership of their own development in farming, businesses and leadership and facilitate partnership with sector organizations, NGOs and other Stake Holders with focus to support inclusive rural development through economic empowerment interventions based on project/programs.

- Managing & coordinating family business;buying coffee parchment, vegetable/livestock farming, epiculture and aquaculture.- Facilitate farmers networking to market development services.

Coordinate ;- National Seed Garden Project (NADP Funded).- Establish commercial nurseries &  seed gardens.- Rehabilitate run down nurseries & bud wood gardens.- Provide M & E progressive reports.

-       Supervise breeding research trials, data collection, field management, rehabilitation and development.-       Supervise nursery management; cloning & budding, bud wood garden and planting material.Collaborate activities with other research programs.
