This resulted in 100% accurate financial reporting and was extremely useful for grant monitoring among partner organization.• Implemented and trained key staff on Great Plains accounting software in country office within 2 months, which resulted in country office to have access to HQ central and global SFCG grant and accounting server. This resulted in saving 80% of time reviewing the data and also decreased 70%-80% errors in the accounting process. • Actively involved on various fund raising events and proposal preparation, as a result couples of programs worth around $200,000 USD were awarded by EU, UN and DFID.
