I have a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from K.E.S. shroff College, with a focus on Human Resources Management. I have over two years of work experience in the HR field, having previously worked as a Human Resources Intern at Traya Health, where I assisted with recruitment, and employee relations. I have strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills, which enable me to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
