As part of the largest stock exchange in India (with 99.9% share in derivatives), my role involved writing market reports ("Market Pulse" - NSE's flagship report), providing macro analysis and identifying ways in which global exchanges were growing business that could be implemented at NSE as well. 2. I was also extensively involved in corporate governance activity, as the regulators seeked better governance standards for listed companies in India. 3. I also worked in collaborating with international organisations such as IMF, NYU Stern, IMD, ECGI to organise events on issues such as growth prospects, corporate governance, financial markets, etc for NSE's clients and companies. This was a useful platform to understand what was happening globally, and how could India take advantage of this. 4. And apart from external engagements, I was involved in providing turnover forecasts for equities and currency for strategy planning within NSE.

Part of the Asia Financial Solutions Division - Credit Research Team (Singapore based team)1. Instrumental in setting up Mizuho India's Research team; responsible to identify key sectors and companies for credit lending2. Worked closely with the Singapore team on specific projects in the Asia-Pacific region such as a Cambodian bank, Myanmar kyat and oil, among others3. Started Mizuho India’s first publication on key market and macro events; sent to over 5000+ clients globally4. Involved in ground research projects to identify trends and performance of sectors or companies to provide foreign funding; closely involved in lending to steel companies comprising 5% of Mizuho India’s loan book
