Handling SMO Campaigns on Facebook. Managing SEM Team. Responsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverables. Day-to-day liaison with internal team members on Campaign developments. Responsible for contributing ideas to grow the clients business. Pro actively providing the clients marketing plans with the greatest amount of value-added communications. Develops comprehensive agendas for weekly client planning/status meetings. Format and prepare weekly search reports for clients. Reports would be in the form of tables, graphs, summaries, and slides, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Tracks, analyzes and summarizes program results and progress. Identifies incremental business opportunities. Help prepare and research needed materials for client presentations and engagements. Conduct research and fact-finding for reports, presentations and articles

 Identifying potential candidates for right job positions through the various portals. Reviewing the CV’s and shortlisting suitable candidates for the right job through telephonic interviews. Calling the shortlisted candidates and arranging the interviews Conducting preliminary HR interview and after screening them make arrangements for the technical and the final interview Taking care of all the joining formalities starting from the documentation to the orientation of new selected candidates Taking care of day to day activities like Attendance MIS’s, handling employee escalations or queries and planning activities and contests for more employee engagement and creating a stress free environment

• Primarily responsible for identifying the client based requirements and searching for suitable candidates• Calling the suitable candidates and initiating a telephonic interview, thereby shortlisting them• Setting up interviews for these shortlisted candidates at the clients workplace.• Following up with the client and candidates till the time of their joining.• Meeting the clients frequently to understand their needs of hiring• Providing creative ideas as to increase company presence in the market so as to make it more attractful to clients and candidates
