-Responsible for recruitment matters that cover both services & academician of all UniKL 12 campuses.

- Assist in recruitment process from end to end- Source, review and shortlist qualified candidates through company database, job posting on online platforms (Jobstreet, MyFutureJobs or liaise with headhunters/recruitment agency)- Arrange, conduct interviews and shortlist on qualified candidates- Conduct pre-employment check (background screening)/medical check up arrangement- Issuance of letters till acceptance offer by candidate- Update required onboarding data of new staff to PIC in the area of HRIS and payroll matters- Update pre medical enrollment- Confirmation of staff- Renewal of contract- Resignation- Internship recruitment process from sourcing, arrange, conduct interview, screening for suitable candidates, issuance of letter till on board- Update monthly attendance of Intern to PIC of payroll for their allowance- Exit checklist for Intern- PIC for SOCSO’s Incentive Programme (Penjana Kerjaya, Jamin Kerja) from shortlisting eligible staffs, application process, update payout once payment received till end
