- Creating an administration submission form (mutation, demotion, promotion, rehire, and resign form) for employees under Regional Branch.- Coordinating with Acquisition Specialists until all employee administration submission processes are complete.- Managing employee’s database by updating it and conducting daily report to User.- Assisting the recruitment process of Agent Sales Officers. Compiled the required recruitment files, coordinated with Sales Manager and Acquisition Specialists to set up interview schedules, and ensuring that the recruitment process has been completed until Agent Sales Officer has received and signed the Offering Letter.- Responsible for an end-to-end process of submitting business memos and proposals.- Coordinating with HR GA and Finance staff to propose all payment processes for branch operational needs such as electricity, internet and water payments.
