BEM Fakultas Psikologi UI is a faculty-level student organization focusing on bridging Psychology UI students with their needs, ranging from social and politics, entrepreneurship, talent and interest (sports, arts, and sciences), and even self-actualization. This year, BEM Fakultas Psikologi UI instills the value of growth in each of its vision, mission, & work programs and wishes everyone can grow together with BEM Fakultas Psikologi UI.• Oversees two departments under Social and Political Affairs, which are Strategic Research and Action Department and Social, Community, and Environmental Affairs Department with 11 programs• Plans advocacy and movement strategies on issues, such as sexual violence, mental health, disability, climate change, UU PLP, education, and faculty's employees well-being with related department• Assessed Head and Vice Heads of respective departments based on grand design, movement strategies and planning, IPIP-NEO, interview, and team dynamics• Quality control and signed 60+ official letters, proposals, and activity accountability reports from Social and Political Affairs• Initiate conflict resolutions in Social and Political Affairs if needed• Taking major executive decisions on BEM Fakultas Psikologi UI 2024 with other Core Executives• Concepted visions, missions, values, and the direction for BEM Fakultas Psikologi UI 2024 with other Core Executives

• Conducted quantitative research (n=1135) and qualitative research (n=16) study on Universitas Indonesia's students' mental health, sources of stress, and mental health services availability for Tim Riset dan Kajian (TRACK)• Utilized GAD-7, PHQ-9, SIS, GSHQ, and adapted GSHQ to measure Universitas Indonesia's students' mental health and mental health services needed• Quality controlled all 19 outputs of Kastratalk, series of infographics and videos about Indonesia's social and politic phenomenon from the perspective of Psychology• Managed internal affairs i.e. managing weekly meeting, internal upgrading, and initiating conflict resolutions• Researched and wrote two comprehensive infographics on suicide preventions that racked up to 750+ likes on average on Instagram• Recruited 26 candidates to select 9 staff and 3 interns and allocated them to different projects based on assessments (interview, IPIP-NEO, CV screening, peer review, and special mission)• Brainstormed and concepted the directions of all 6 programs and 4 main issues under Strategic Research and Action Department (national’s mental health, university’s mental health, sexual violence, and UU PLP) based on 3 matrix, which are accessibility, significance, and urgency• Awarded as the Best Head of Social and Political Affairs out of the 6 heads with total score of 90.68/100.00

Sekolah Sehat Jiwa is an initiative by the Faculty of Psychology UI to increase the mental well-being of middle school students across 10 schools in rural and urban Jabodebek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi) through three main programs, which are quantitative and qualitative assessments, non-clinical interventions, and innovative projects. I'm assigned as the Team Leader for SMP Negeri 7 Bogor.• Coordinated with the representative of SMP Negeri 7 Bogor to collect quantitative data on 50+ teachers and 160+ students using Safe Communities Safe Schools questionnaires• Coordinated with the representative of SMP Negeri 7 Bogor to collect qualitative data through focus group discussion with 7 teachers and interviews with teachers• Monitored the administration of 3 parts of SCSS throughout 4 classes (160+ students) in the span of 3 weeks• Sorted, cleaned, and descriptively processed 500+ data sets• Moderated focus group discussion consisting of 7 teachers on problems the school often faced• Interviewed 3 participants from teachers and students on problems the school often faced• Created a deck from the results of the quantitative and qualitative assessments and presented it to 40+ teachers• Held 5 sessions of peer counselor training for 20+ students• Created 3 innovative projects to promote mental health and anti-bullying attitudes & behavior (booklet, poster, board game)
