Contract Database• Monitor and analyze contract information through established database management system i.e SRM/ECC6/SCM Cloud on materials and contracts including Contractor’s performance in order to facilitate easy retrieval and timely information for decision making, planning and reporting throughout the department.• Prepare Active Contract List monthly report (ACL) to CM department. The report is for monitoring of contract expiry, compliance of document such as BG/IP/PG submission from contractor and for contract closure purposes.• Approved Contract Value (ACV) & Contract expiry monitoring by analyze and recommend effective solutions on ACV management for all active contracts and coordinate engagement session with contract holders to avoid potential ACV overrun/ contract nearing expiry to ensure no interruption of operation requirement in compliance to Host Government and PCSB procedure and guideline and to minimize retroactive ACV.• Issuing of Contract Closure Certificate (CCC) to facilitate and engage with relevant parties on contract closure such as statement of final payment, contractor’s performance and lesson learnt etc. to ensure all obligations between company and contractor are contractually released.
