This organization produced high quality assemblies that became for reliability and accuracy. During my tenure here I setup and orchestrated the production of sub-assemblies along with tooling and fixtures. As this segment of the business was 'getting off the ground' there were many new production procedures to develop along iwth the work flow. This position was directly responsible for all Op's activities, including incoming inspection, design and manufacture/inspection of sub-assemblies, reporting status's to upper management and creating assembly procedureals for production personnel for reference/training.
