Currently, I am the President of Titan Hotel Group, based out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.Prior to joining Titan Hotel Group, I co-founded and served as CEO of Arrow Hospitality Management, LLC, a full-service hotel management company, serving the northern Philadelphia market. I was instrumental in the growth of Hersha Hospitality Management, which now manages 115 hotels in the continental United States. I directed the company during its initial growth to 55 hotels. As Hersha Hospitality’s Executive Vice President of Operations, I was responsible for the senior level functions encompassing hotel operations, sales & marketing, financial management, IT, renovations, procurement services, administrative functions and brand relationships. In this capacity, I have worked closely with key hotel brands such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt and Choice. Prior to Hersha Hospitality, I worked directly for IHG as a Director of Franchise Services, where I directed a staff of 17 field-based Area Consultants and Revenue Managers in the North East US and Eastern Canada. My responsibilities included hotel level consultation to enhance RGI, service, quality and related training for a portfolio of 600 hotels.I began my hospitality management career with field and corporate positions at B. F. Saul Company in the role of General Manager and Assistant Vice President of the Hotel Division, then as a General Manager with Winegardner & Hammons.Over the years I have served on travel and hospitality association committees in the capacity of an Advisory Committee Member for Chambers of Commerce, the Harrisburg (PA) International Airport, and currently for the Harrisburg Area Community College (PA). I earned my MBA from Norfolk State University, in Virginia.
